To make these, you simply follow the recipe on the back of a box of white cake mix. But before you pour the batter into the cupcake mold, you should have a few different bowls of batter (I believe we used 6..) and add the desired amount of food coloring into these containers. Then, you can pour at random the various colors into the cupcake liners and put them in the oven for the suggested time on the box. You can't really mess these up; they turn out pretty neat no matter the order or amount of the colors!
